Under these working conditions, electroanalytical performances of EG-Z-Ag-Epoxy for urea determination was reached. Based on sorption properties of clinoptilolite for urea,the further experiments were carried out to apply a preconcentration-voltammetric detection scheme to get the better electroanalytical performances for urea detection.

A selective and regenerable voltammetric aptasensor
2016-5-11 · Under optimized conditions and a working potential of 1.07 V (vs. Ag/AgCl), the response to hCys is linear in the 0.2 to 10 μM concentration range.
